Think Finance Hires William A. Kontgis as Chief Information Officer
Former Green Dot Executive to Enhance Think Finance Technology Platform

FORT WORTH, Texas, September 21, 2011 — Think Finance, a developer of next-generation financial products that help people manage life's everyday expenses, announced today the hire of William A. Kontgis as Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Mr. Kontgis brings over two decades of experience designing and developing technology solutions and products for financial services companies. Prior to joining Think Finance, he served as CIO for Green Dot Corporation where he was responsible for transforming the company's IT operations to help meet future capacity and performance needs.

Mr. Kontgis will lead the further development of Think Finance's proprietary technology platform that supports the company's innovative products for the financially underserved. Think Finance will leverage the platform to launch a number of ground-breaking new products in coming months. As with the company's existing suite of products, new offerings will help provide underbanked consumers with responsible and convenient solutions to a variety of financial issues.

Before joining Green Dot, Mr. Kontgis was Executive Vice President and CIO at CountryWide Bank. He also held senior technology leadership roles at Digital Insight, First Nationwide Bank, and California Federal Bank.
